If you purchased the product directly from our online store, you can provide your order number or the email address used at the time of purchase and we will be able to view your order for you. In cases where the purchase was made in a store that is currently closed or inaccessible, you can wait until the store reopens to obtain proof of purchase. This proof of purchase is required for your warranty claim to be recognized.
